I sent my first manuscript to a publisher in 2004, a colorful children’s story with animal characters. Four years ago an idea came to mind and I had to write it down. “Bloodsworn” a fantasy novel with a paranormal romance thread jumped onto the page in five months.
Three years ago I joined Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers and the Littleton Southwest Critique Group to hone my craft. Since then I have revised the manuscript many times and am currently looking for an agent.
I love reading anything that isn’t real and usually the farther ‘out there’ the better. My favorite authors (this month) are Simon Green, Jeanine Frost, Patricia Briggs and Laurel K. Hamilton.
Ideas come frequently to my mind and I’m currently working on the sequel to my first novel “Bloodbond” and another urban fantasy. I enjoy animals, outdoor activities, writing, traveling and music.
